I am hosting a chakra yoga/meditation/session this week.
Will start with an energy reading on each person using either a crystal or mulberry wood.
Some simple yoga to help align and ground you, and to open and heal the chakras (energy centers) and then a Sanskrit chakra meditation to get energy blockages out and flowing freely.
