I am hosting a chakra yoga/meditation/session this week.
Will start with an energy reading on each person using either a crystal or mulberry wood.
Some simple yoga to help align and ground you, and to open and heal the chakras (energy centers) and then a Sanskrit chakra meditation to get energy blockages out and flowing freely.

Yoga For Bloggers | A Tumblr Meetup
This past Sunday, Tumblrs met up for a yoga session geared towards bloggers. This inaugural practice was beautiful. It was a balmy 60 degrees, the sun was shining and there was a soft breeze. Our yoga practice took place on the amphitheater stage at the Blue Ash Nature Park.
Yoga began at 10am and ran until nearly 11am. Cole Imperi led Tumblrs through super-fun and rewarding poses like Warrior...
